Our Ladies Sports Shorts have been tried, tested and honed so they’re great fitting and perfectly suited to a million different sporting moves. These stretch fabric shorts are super flattering - a great length in the leg and cut fairly high around the waist. They are double layer fabric which means there’s no chance of them being see through when you’re bending and squatting and it also gives them a little bit of inbuilt control for the ultimate booty. We believe these will quickly become your favourite shorts.

They’re low maintenance - wash on a cool setting and hang up to dry. If you like these shorts, you might like to team them up with one of our Ladies gym vests.
Tips when trying on:We learnt from you that you love these high waisted shorts as you don't feel like your tummy is pushed over the top and that they keep you really secure. To ensure these shorts are snug and supportive they may feel a bit too tight when you first put them on. You may hear a few fibres stretching and feel like you are ripping the shorts - you will not rip them. Once the fibres have stretched after the first wear they will become a lot easier to put on. They should feel a bit tight but not cutting the circulation off in your legs or tummy. If they are easy to put on they are too big.
