Items will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery and will be with you within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that weekends and Bank holidays are not considered as working days. The cost of this will depend on the weight of the item that you have ordered and will be detailed in the checkout process. Any orders over £40 will receive free postage.
Shipping will cost £5.00 for a single item and £10.00 for multiple items. Any orders over £40 will receive free postage. For overseas orders please allow 5-14 days. If you have not received your order in this time, don’t worry as delays do occasionally occur.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn’t deliver the goods or because you didn’t arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage charge before we re-supply your goods.
If items are only available for pre-order we will endeavour to get your items to you within 4 weeks unless otherwise stated. This timescale may be shorter or longer depending on stock levels. The pre-order items will be sent by standard delivery and will take 3-5 working days as above. The cost of this will depend on the weight of the item that you have ordered and will be detailed in the checkout process. Any orders over £40 will receive free postage.
We hope that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to cancel your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.
If you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of having received your goods, please contact us by email@example.com prior to returning them. When returning goods you will need to print out your original receipt e-mail and return the items in their original packaging to us along with the receipt e-mail.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
A full refund will be issued if it is clear the products haven’t been used or damaged in any way and in their original packaging. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please be aware that payments could take up to 7 days to be processed. When returning items to Big Crocodile, you will be responsible for them until they reach us so please ensure the product is well packages and protected from damage in transit. Postal costs incurred by yourselves will not be reimbursed.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from bigcrocodile.co.uk, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner then they must arrange your return or exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

NB: Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. Big Crocodile are not responsible for and are not liable for any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please contact us to discuss the nature of your exchange to ensure we have the product available. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged for another product and any difference in price paid in full.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Big Crocodile is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products we produce, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items.
